It was a Saturday morning and Bob figured he’d be out of luck to find a reputable RV shop that was open and could get him in for repair.

Bob arrived at 11am, but the problem has tough to figure out. The lighting circuit kept blowing fuses. The technicians figured there was a short in the circuit and were able to trace the location to very most rear of the coach.

Removing the entire rear fiberglass enclosure which housed all of the rear lighting system was a big job and the outcome was uncertain. After all that work, the short could be somewhere else.

But luck was on their side as they quickly found  the cause of the problem. Somehow during the manufacturing process a screw was unknowingly places too close to a wire of the rear lighting system. It was only a matter of time for the screw to cut the connection and short the circuit.

The screw was re-positioned, the wire was repaired and the rear enclosure was reattached and re-sealed.

By 2pm Bob and his family were able to continue their happy journey!
